Construction of a 125,000 GSF nursing home of 104 beds and site improvements. Type of construction is concrete slab on grade, load bearing light gauge metal wall framing and roof trusses with supplemental structural steel support framing. Landscaping, Kitchen Equipment, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical systems are included in scope of project.
