Moss Justice Phase I & II

Phases I and II of the Moss Justice Center building located in York, SC, included new construction of approximately 100,000 square feet and renovation of approximately 80,000 square feet. Also included was a two-story, 322 car parking deck and construction of an underground tunnel. The design of the new structure is steel framing with brick veneer and a combination of storefront/curtain wall windows. The building is composed of general office and assembly spaces, core restroom facilities, various sized courtrooms and associated storage. General finishes include painted gypsum/cmu, epoxy terrazzo and carpet flooring and acoustical ceilings.
