Four Story parking garage for the City of Rock Hill. A total of 77,000 square foot parking deck adjoining the four story office building and mixed-use space. This was the first major construction project in downtown Rock Hill in decades. The development includes partnership with the City of Rock Hill in the construction to serve businesses, employees and customers of Fountain Park Place and the surrounding Old Town area.
