Fountain Park Place Office
Rock Hill, South Carolina
Fountain Park Place is a 48,000-square-foot professional office building constructed in 2014. This was the first major construction project in downtown Rock Hill in decades. The development includes partnership with the City of Rock Hill in the construction to serve businesses, employees and customers of Fountain Park Place and the surrounding Old Town area. Warren Norman company was the developer for the projects and continues to serve as leasing agent for the office building.
